This ad was targeted at mid-market enterprises to make a switch to Zoho’s enterprise CRM product. The aim was to highlight simple aspects like ease of use, simplicity, speed.
Fun update: Zoho’s ambush marketing at Dreamforce 2022 was brilliant: This commercial was being run on billboards, outdoor displays, taxi-cab screens during Dreamforce 2022 in San Francisco. I love how boldly Zoho challenges Salesforce on its own turf. 😉

Zoho is one of the world’s largest enterprise software companies, competing with the likes of Salesforce and Microsoft. I’ve always enjoyed collaborating with the team at Zoho, and I resonate with their values of building a long lasting company.
